     Title: I Quit the Gym

In order to save some money in my newly married life I ended my gym membership. To compensate for it though I compiled a small amount of weights to make my home gym.

PS. Isn't it funny how when two people start living together you get poorer?

The home gym consists of:

 

The main thing I am missing is a power rack and then I'll be all set, but those are pricey. With the lack of a power rack or any extension/flextion machine my leg exercises are lacking but here is my work out routine:

  1. 30 Minutes of Cardio (I mix it up because I hate cardio)
  2. Standing Cleans
  3. Bench Press
  4. Military Press
  5. Standing Rows
  6. Inclined Dumbbell Flies
  7. Standing Curls
  8. One-Arm Dumbbell Rows

 

All these excercieses are done in 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions
